Just bought a May nomination charm for our friend. She was very happy with our gift it’s a lovely charm

Arrived in quick time well packaged. Everything as requested including a gift pouch and bag. Excellent service.

I’m totally satisfied with the ordering process, payment and delivery, the gift I bought for my daughter is engraved as I wished. It is a lovely delicate gold necklace.

However, when I opened it up from the lovely box it’s gifted in, it was in a tangled up mess. If I could have left a photo you would appreciate what I mean.
It took me two needles, patience and 1 hour later to detangle. I can not possibly see that this happened in transit? I’ve managed to put it right but suffice to say, I was a little disappointed when I opened the box to see that.
I’m reluctant to place back in the box and wrap for her birthday.
